To Start a Return
Steps:
- Email us at hello@joiiawear.com with the order number, the items you want to return or exchange, and the reason.
- In case of an exchange, please mention the items you would like to receive in return.
- We will get back to you within 24-48 hours.
- If your inquiry meets our policies, we’ll email you a return label with simple and easy-to-follow instructions.

Return Policy
Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Personalized items and final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
How to Return/Exchange an Item
To initiate a return, please email us at hello@joiiawear.com with your order number and reason for the return. For an exchange, please indicate your desired item when contacting us. Once approved, we will provide you with a return label and further instructions. Please ensure the item is packed securely in its original form with all tags.
Refunds
Once we receive your return and inspect the item, upon respecting our Eligibility policy above, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@joiiawear.com.
If you initially paid for delivery fees and choose to proceed with a return, we will not refund the initial delivery fee.
Return Shipping Costs
A return shipping fee of 8,99$ will be deducted from the total amount refunded to cover the shipping costs. In case of an exchange, we will be covering the shipping fees.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately, or within 7 days of receiving your order, with a picture of the problem. We will evaluate the issue quickly and do our best to make it right.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping fees and any customs duties. Please contact us for further return instructions.
