Important Notice: FINAL SALE Non-returnable Items

JOIIA gladly accepts returns and exchanges on most of our products. However, please be aware that items marked as FINAL SALE, including:

Embroidered or personalized clothing

Items from our sale section

Other designated final sale products
are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges.
Additionally, if you paid for delivery fees and choose to return an item, please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return Policy
Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused

Unworn
-
In their original packaging

With all tags attached
Personalized items and final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
⚠️ Important: All tags must still be attached to the product.
Items returned without tags may be subject to an additional fee of $3.99 per item.
How to Return or Exchange an Item
To initiate a return, please email orders@joiiawear.com with your order number and reason for the return.
For exchanges, please indicate your desired item when contacting us.
If your item is defective or damaged, please include photos of the issue in your email.
Once approved, we will provide you with a return label and further instructions.
Please ensure the item is packed securely in its original form with all tags attached.
Fast Exchange Process
For exchanges, once you have dropped off your return package with the carrier, please send us:

✅ Once our team confirms the package has been dropped off with the carrier, we will ship your new exchange item(s) right away.
Refunds
Once we receive your return and inspect the item, upon respecting our Eligibility policy above, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at orders@joiiawear.com.
⚠️ If you initially paid for delivery fees and choose to proceed with a return, the initial delivery fee will not be refunded.
Return Shipping Costs
✅ Exchanges are FREE
For returns/refunds, a shipping fee of $8.99 will be deducted from the total refunded amount to cover return shipping costs.
Defective or Damaged Items
